The SDP represents a state-of-the-art Fully Automatic In-Line Filling and Sealing Machine that incorporates digital mechanical components in conjunction with pneumatic assemblies. These versatile SDP filling and sealing machines are designed to accommodate a diverse array of liquid, paste, granulated, and powdered products, which can be efficiently packaged into pre-formed plastic pails of varying sizes and shapes. The sealing process is achieved using roll stock film, and the plastic lids are securely affixed through cupping.
