Description:

The SDR series packaging line is designed to handle filling and sealing tasks for up to 120 CPM (Capsules Per Minute) Nespresso-compatible capsules. This packaging line offers the flexibility of choosing between pre-cut foil lids for sealing or roll stock film sealing options. To achieve maximum capsule filling capacity of up to 6 grams, we utilize a patented force auger system.

Additionally, we offer a hybrid model, the SDX-1 DUO, which is capable of packing both K-Cup and Nespresso capsules using a single machine.

For certain Nespresso capsule types, a secondary packaging step is required, involving the flow-wrapping of individual capsules or grouping them for placement into a pouch bag. To ensure an extended shelf life of up to 12 months, nitrogen flushing is employed to prevent oxidation.
