The RS series comprises a fully automatic rotary filling and sealing machine that utilizes servo motor drive technology in conjunction with pneumatic components. These RS filling and sealing machines are well-suited for packaging a diverse array of liquid, paste, granulated, and powdered products into pre-formed containers of varying sizes and shapes. This versatile packaging machine can be employed in the packaging of dairy products, salads, dressings, desserts, dry soups, frozen dishes, cosmetics, and a wide array of other items.

  • The main advantage of the RS cup filling and sealing machine is its extreme flexibility.

  • Each cup filling and sealing machine is designed in full compliance with the product, its container, and sealing style, accommodating diameters of up to 180 mm.

  • Depending on the output required, the cup filling and sealing machine can be designed for up to four filling units, which can combine different types of fillers on the same machine.

  • The cup fillers can be fitted with a CIP cleaning system for improved sanitation.

  • Pre-cut lids or membranes cut from the roll can be combined with a plastic cap, offering various packaging options.
